EU funding, written to win.
One senior writer on your EU bid, from first call to submission.
The cheapest capital your innovation can raise.
EU grants pay for the work itself and leave your cap table untouched. Here is how they compare with the usual alternatives.
The EIC Accelerator can add optional equity on top of its grant.

“The person on your first call is the person who writes your proposal. No hand-offs to junior staff, no recycled templates.”

Connect on LinkedInCan organisations outside the EU apply?
Often, yes. Horizon Europe is open to EU member states and associated countries, including Serbia, Ukraine, Norway and the United Kingdom. Eurostars and Innowwide follow Eureka membership. Eligibility differs by programme and call, so we check it on the first call.
How long does a proposal take?
Plan for around eight weeks for a consortium proposal and three to four weeks for a single-company bid. Shorter is possible if your technical material is ready, and we will tell you honestly if a deadline is too tight.
Do you guarantee funding?
No one honestly can. EU calls are competitive and scored by independent experts. We write to maximise your score against the evaluation criteria, and we tell you when a call is not worth your time.
What do you need from our team?
Your technical background, team details and budget figures, plus time for two or three interviews and draft reviews. If you prefer to co-write, we work section by section in a shared document.
Can you help us find consortium partners?
Yes. We help define the roles your consortium needs and find partners to fill them, including organisations in the Western Balkans and other widening countries.
What if the proposal is not funded?
We go through the evaluators' feedback with you and plan a stronger resubmission where the call allows it.
Is our idea kept confidential?
Yes. We sign an NDA before you share any technical details.
Have a deadline coming up?
Tell us about your project. In 30 minutes you will know which call fits and what a winning application needs.
